  • Lechlade Memorial Hall Fundraising

    “The night of Sunday 8th May 2016 will forever remain in the memory of Lechlade residents. That night the heart of our Community, the much loved Lechlade Memorial Hall, was completely destroyed by arson. We need to fundraise to build a bigger and better hall to meet both the current and future needs of the residents of Lechlade and the surrounding area.”

    How you can help

    We need to raise money to build a bigger, better hall so please consider making a donation or supporting one of our many fundraising events.

    Forthcoming events:

    *Weekend of 19th to 22nd May there will be an absolute feast of entertainment thanks to our friends at Flint & Lambourn Marquees. Starting on the evening of Friday 19th with a Call my Bluff style Wine Tasting with Jane Sullivan; then on the morning of Saturday 20th Phillip Alwood of Moore Allen Auctioneers and Valuers will offer Antiques Valuations; later on Saturday there will be an Afternoon Tea Dance hosted by Simon Paul of the Thames School of Dancing  and on Saturday evening the Ukey D’Ukes, a very popular ukulele band, will be playing tunes to get you tapping your feet if not up on the dance floor! On the afternoon of Sunday 21st we will have a Hog Roast, Fete and Dog Show.

    *Wessex Choir – late 2017
